Introduction Welcome to Beelang Apps! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beelang Apps mobile application ("App"), which is owned and operated by PT Penerbit Erlangga. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms, as well as Beelang's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Beelang grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control. You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
User Content The App may allow you to upload, submit, or otherwise make available content, such as text, photos, videos, or other materials ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Beelang to use your User Content in the manner contemplated by the App and these Terms. You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content, but you grant Beelang a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and Beelang's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the App (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
Prohibited Conduct You agree that you will not assist and or encourage any third party to:
use the App in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
use the App to harm, threaten, or harass any person, or to promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or violence;
use the App to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or other forms of solicitation;
use the App to upload, submit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
use the App to upload, submit, or otherwise make available any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, or other harmful or disruptive code or components;
use the App to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or the data contained therein;
use the App to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of the App;
use the App to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords, or security encryption codes; or
use the App to scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest any data or information from the App.
Intellectual Property The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Beelang, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indonesia and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
